About the Program

TCC's Hotspot and Laptop Loan Program is designed to assist students who demonstrate a need for a hotspot and/or laptop.

Eligibility

Students must be enrolled in at least one class for the current semester to be eligible.

Supply is limited. One hotspot can be checked out per household.

Pickup and Availability

A limited supply of hotspots and laptops are available for pickup in person at the Metro Campus Library on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.

Once a semester ends, devices become available to check out for the next semester. For example, students will be able to check out a device for use during Summer the Monday after the Spring semester ends.

To see if there are any hotspots or laptops available for checkout, come by the Metro Library in person, or call the Metro Library Info Desk at 918-595-7172.

Enrollment will be verified at time of checkout.

Students must provide a valid photo ID.

Due to limited supply, we may not be able to provide devices to all students who need them.

Due Dates

Hotspots and laptops are due the Monday after the semester ends, unless students are enrolling for the next semester. This due date FAQ entry has more information about when devices need to be turned in, including important dates to remember.

Renewals

Hotspots and laptops check out for one semester at a time, but can be renewed for additional semesters as long as students are continually enrolled.

Students must submit a renewal request at the end of each semester.

Students who have a hotspot or laptop checked out and are enrolled for in at least one class during the upcoming semester can fill out our HLLP Device Renewal Form and can keep their devices and continue using them during that semester.

For more information, read our HLLP Terms and Conditions.

The Hotspot and Laptop Loan Program is supported by the TCC Library, Mobile Beacon, Digital Wish, and the TCC Foundation.
