If you contact a financial aid counselor they can help you find out if you’re eligible for any grants or scholarships.
You can email financial aid at TCCFinancialAid@tulsacc.edu or call the Student Support Center at 918-595-2000 to be connected with someone.
USAC Lifeline Support Program
Lifeline is a federal program dedicated to making phone and internet service more affordable for low-income households. This benefit provides eligible consumers with a monthly discount of up to $9.25. Consumers living on qualifying Tribal lands are eligible for an enhanced discount of up to $34.25 per month.

As of February 7, 2024, the ACP has stopped accepting new applications.
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a U.S. government program run by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to help low-income households pay for internet service and connected devices like a laptop or tablet.

Some Native tribes provide financial assistance to students with technology needs, so if you are an enrolled member you may be able to apply for help from your tribe.

Everyone On can help you find low-cost internet service and computers in your area. Just go to their Find Offers page, enter your zip code and check all boxes that apply, and you will see offers available to you.
Free Laptops for Students
You can apply for a free laptop from these organizations.
Low-Cost Laptops for Students
These organizations sell refurbished laptops for low prices, some under $200.
TCC Library and Tulsa Library Locations
TCC Library has four locations with access to on-site desktop computers and wi-fi for TCC students, and friendly staff of librarians and library assistants to help when you need it.
Tulsa Library has locations all over the Tulsa area with on-site computers and wi-fi, and offers free membership to anyone who lives, works, or goes to school in Tulsa County.
