TCC Financial Aid

If you contact a financial aid counselor they can help you find out if you’re eligible for a grant from the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund.

They may also know of other scholarships or grants available to help you pay for a laptop, hotspot, or internet service.

You can email financial aid at or call the Student Support Center at 918-595-2000 to be connected with someone.


USAC Affordable Connectivity Program

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a U.S. government program run by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to help low-income households pay for internet service and connected devices like a laptop or tablet.

The Affordability Connectivity Program provides:

  • Up to $30/month discount for internet service
  • Up to $75/month discount for households on qualifying Tribal lands
  • A one-time discount of up to $100 for a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet purchased through a participating provider if the household contributes more than $10 but less than $50 toward the purchase price

The Affordability Connectivity Program is limited to one monthly service discount and one device discount per household. You can check eligibility requirements or apply for discounted services on the ACP website.


Assist Wireless Lifeline Program

Assist Wireless offers a free phone and free Lifeline wireless service if you receive assistance from SNAP/Food Stamps, Medicaid, SSI, or other government programs. You can find out if you qualify for Lifeline service, see the wireless plans offered by Assist Wireless, or fill out an application for discounted service on the Assist Wireless website.

TCCL Student Hotspot offers 14-day checkout of a hotspot to K-12 and college students with a library card in good standing and a school ID or other proof of enrollment.
