All of the printers on every campus should have the ability to scan-to-email a document for you so you can then fax it.
There are free services online you can find in a search which will allow you to send faxes over the internet (usually in the form of attachments). FaxZero.com has been recommended by IT here. FaxZero.com allows users to send 3 pages for free and charges after that.
TCC Employees have the ability to send and receive faxes through the phone system (FortiFax). Please see the attached PDF.
