TCC has cloud printing, so when you send your print job from a TCC computer, it will not automatically print at the machine. You also have to log into the machine if you want to use it as a copier or scanner (scanning turns the document into a PDF to send to an email).

Instead of printing automatically, your print job waits for you in a queue at ANY printer on campus. You must log into a printer using your TCC ID (your T#) and your MyTCC password on the touch screen. Or, if you have a TCC ID card: find the location on the top or side of the machine that either says "Scan Badge Here" or has an icon for where to scan, scan your TCC ID, and then log in to have your ID card associated with your account from then on. This could save you time in not having to type on the touchscreen in the future to get to your queue.

Please feel free to ask any library staff at the desk for help in printing!
