⚠️On Dec. 16, 2024, TCC Library will migrate to the new Ebsco UI. Screenshots and information may differ until this FAQ is updated.

Read on for more information, but the intro of this video explains the main way you can discover ebooks through the TCC Library:

We have ebooks from many vendors and databases (Ebsco, ProQuest, Overdrive, etc.) in our collection. You can search for ebooks within the Discovery Catalog Search box on the Library's homepage

Do a search for the subject you're researching or the title of the book you're looking for and then limit to "eBooks" on the left side. You can read the ebooks on your computer browser (without downloading) or you can download to a mobile device if you need it for offline use. For more instructions, go to the guide Downloading eBooks.

To access the ebooks from there, you will be prompted to sign into MyTCC if not already logged in. Many of our ebooks are coming from different databases. Each database will have its own help options for how to use should you need it. Or, contact the library once you find an ebook and if you run into any issues.
