TCC Library staff cannot tell you your T-number or password, but the Student Support Center can help you if the information below does not.
Your MyTCC "username" (and login to get into TCC computers on-campus) will be your T-number. Your password would be something you set up for MyTCC.
To unlock your account after too many failed login attempts or to reset your password:
Go to the login screen and select an option under the username and password bars (you can do this on a phone browser or if you are logged in as a guest on one of our machines).
You may need your mobile phone to complete the process, as a code may be sent to you via text or email.
If logged in as a guest to unlock or reset your password, you may need to sign out of the computer and back in as yourself in order to be able to print, etc.
If, after resetting your password or unlocking your account, you are having trouble accessing MyTCC (and therefore the links within MyTCC like Blackboard or Outlook), please contact the Student Support Center by:
