Scenario 1) If you are being asked for your credentials and you aren't getting a message about being locked out or your credentials being incorrect, but MyTCC seems to be down or not loading correctly, you might want to try using a different browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox are all types of browsers). Check to make sure your browser is up to date. Sometimes clearing your cache of cookies can also help. Make sure your network isn't blocking our site (sometimes businesses or public Wi-fis will filter or block content).
If that doesn't help, reach out to the Student Support Center (formerly Call2000) to report the issue. MyTCC may be experiencing issues and they can either confirm or submit a ticket in for the issue that will send it to IT.
