If you have set up your security questions, you should be able to reset your password with an option listed online here, selecting this option:
You can also unlock your account at the above link as well, using the option next to "Reset Password." You can also get those options, worded differently, when attempting to access MyTCC on the typical login screen. To unlock your account, the login screen for MyTCC (or authentication screen) will give an option at the bottom of the text fields:
You may need your mobile phone to complete the process, as a code will be sent to you via text or email.
