If you are having trouble logging into a computer or remembering your T-number (your TCC student ID number), Library staff can log you in as a guest; however, to get the problem solved, please contact the Student Support Center by:

Your MyTCC "username" (and login to get into TCC computers on-campus) will be your T-number.
To unlock your account after too many failed login attempts:
Go to the login screen and select one option under the username and password bars (you can do this on a phone browser or if you are logged in as a guest).
You may need your mobile phone to complete the process, as a code may be sent to you via text or email.
If logged in as a guest to unlock or reset your password, you may need to sign out of the computer and back in as yourself in order to be able to print, etc.
