You might want to reach out to the Student Support Center (formerly Call2000) to report the issue, as MyTCC may be down and they can either confirm or submit a ticket in for the issue that will make it to IT. 

Sometimes, using a different browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox are all types of browsers) will let you in. Check to make sure your browser is up to date. Sometimes clearing your cache can also help.
