As of 2024, there is no print limit and it is free to print if you are a TCC student, faculty, or staff. But, we do ask that you try to conserve paper and only print the portion you need.

Many of our printers may jam or overheat with large jobs. Also, printing a lot all at once holds up the line for others needing to print in a rush.

Print jobs default to black and white and double sided, but often there is a way to print multiple pages to a sheet of paper that could hep conserve even more paper and toner. Please ask staff to assist you if you need help exploring options on how to adjust settings.

(!) Please remember, just because your textbook is online does not mean you need to print it or print it all at once. Please only do so if your instructor has asked you to.

(!) This is a friendly reminder to faculty and staff to please be courteous when using the printers on campus for large print jobs. The campus printers are only intended for jobs of 50 or fewer pages at a time. If your project extends beyond this amount, please complete a Metro Campus Print Shop Request on MyTCC.

Simply go to MyTCC, click Print Shop Request under TCC Resources in the Employee Quick Links portlet, and log in with your credentials. Once logged in, enter the details of your request, attach a copy of your document, and submit. See this TCC Today post for more details.
