Q. What kinds of hotspots and laptops are available for checkout through the HLLP program?

The following brands and models of devices are available for checkout through the Hotspot and Laptop Loan Program (HLLP):

Laptops

HP 255 G7 / HP 255 G8 / HP 250 G8

All laptops have:

• Windows 10 or 11 operating system
• 15.6" screen
• Built-in webcam with microphone
• 256GB Solid-state drive
• 8 GB RAM
• HDMI port
• SD card reader
• 2 SuperSpeed USB ports
• 1 additional USB port
  • G8 models - USB Type-C
  • G7 model - HighSpeed USB
• RJ45 (network) jack
• headphone/microphone combo jack
• Wi-Fi connectivity
• Bluetooth connectivity

Hotspots

Alcatel Linkzone 2 / Franklin T9 / Franklin T10

All hotspots use T-Mobile's 4G LTE network. They come with a charging cable and a box for storage/transport.

Alcatel Linkzone 2

• USB Type-C port for charging hotspot
• Standard USB port for charging other devices
• Sticker on the back cover with network name and password
• LED indicator lights that show Wi-Fi connection, signal strength, and battery level

Franklin T9

• Micro USB port for charging hotspot
• Screen that displays network name and password, Wi-Fi connection, signal strength, and battery level

Franklin T10

• USB Type-C port for charging hotspot
• Screen that displays network name and password, Wi-Fi connection, signal strength, and battery level
