The Access Services Office's preference for fulfilling article/copy requests is to fill via a scan of the print version, so that library users have more context to the provenance of material (i.e. as something looked in print publication). But that is not always possible, efficient, or economical for our library. If the material is free on the web without a paywall, a link will be given instead via email. Please check your TCC email for that link to access if it was filled that way.

Though Open Access (OA) typically means licensed material freer of typical copyright restrictions, Open Access in the Access Services Office has a wider umbrella definition and is seen as a facet of Document Delivery. See below for more information.
