Q. How do I log in to the HLLP laptop I checked out from the Metro Library?

The default password for the Student account on laptops from the Hotspot and Laptop Loan Program is SLLPFall20

To log in, select the Student account in the lower left corner of the screen, and enter the password.

If you do not see the Student account, and only a place to log in as "Other User" type in Student as the username, and SLLPFall20 as the password.

If you are unable to log in with that password, you may have changed it, or you may need to check to make sure that the number lock on your keyboard's number pad is on.
