Q. What do I do if the library doesn't have a book I need?

If the TCC Library does not have an item you need, you still have options! See recommendations below. 

• You can place an Interlibrary Loan request for the item. 
• You can try using another local library that might have it / try the OK-Share card program.
• If it is a textbook, you can suggest to your instructor that they donate or place a textbook copy on reserve for students (most reserve items are from faculty or their departments).
• You can suggest that the TCC Library purchase the material.
