Our library is open to the public to browse and visit, but only TCC students and employees can check out materials or book our study spaces.

You can use our computers, however there is no guest printing enabled at the TCC library. Stop at the information desk when you arrive, and someone will be happy to log you in as a guest if there's a computer available (current students have priority). Please see our policy below.

The Tulsa-City County Library offers printing, including wireless printing. See the link below.

Community members may use the Library’s computers for up to one hour per day. Users must sign a guest login sheet before being logged on to a computer. Users under the age of 16 must be supervised by a parent or caregiver.

Priority is given to students completing assignments or other coursework. During times of heavy computer usage, patrons using computers for non-school related work may be asked to relinquish their computer.

The Library must abide by state and federal laws and by TCC regulations. All users must follow the IT Compliance, Policies & Procedures located on the TCC website. In accordance with these laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, inappropriate use of Library computers includes but is not limited to:

  • Unlawful or malicious activities or for proprietary purposes
  • Copyright and licensing violations
  • Commercial activities and private enterprises
  • Activities that could cause congestion and disruption of networks and systems
  • Viewing pictures of an erotic or sexual nature when such images could be viewed by others who are offended by them
  • Vandalism and mischief that incapacitates, compromises, or destroys College resources”

See our library policy for more information.
