Physical material typically arrives within the span of 1-2 weeks after your request, but it may take longer. It all depends on the availability of the item and the policies of the lending library. Some books are rarer than others, or some items are in high demand. It may take us time to find a library willing to lend and additional time for the lending library to send it through the mail. 

For article copy requests or scan requests, the average turnaround time is a few days but might be the same day depending on a number of factors. They are usually sent electronically. 

You can access My Library Account on the Library's home page, and choose "Requested" to see the status of a particular ILL request.
