If a hold has been placed on your account, it probably means you have a book or a library item that must be returned. Steps you can take to resolve the situation:
- Talk to the library staff at any of our campus libraries locations to find out why a hold has been placed on your account.
- If you have library items that need to be returned, the library staff can remove your hold once they are returned.
- If you have lost a library item, you will be charged a replacement fee, which can be paid at the campus Bursar. Once the fee has been paid, your hold will be removed.
