You can find movie reviews in newspapers or magazines and other news outlets. Sometimes those are also published online and discoverable with something like a Google Search. But, if you are looking for reviews in the TCC Library or run into a paywall, keep reading!

The database of newspapers Newspaper Source Plus or the magazine/journal database Academic Search Premier might be good places to start. Or, simply typing in the title of the movie plus the word "Review" in a Discovery Catalog search will search through a lot of our databases all at once, including the two mentioned above. You can learn more about searching the catalog here.

Many databases offer a source type or document type you can limit to when doing a search. In Academic Search Premier, for example, you can limit to reviews after doing a search:

Or, you might be able to limit before doing a search, such as in Academic Search Premier's Document Type limiter:

limited to film review

To access these databases:

1. Go to the library's website.
2. Select  Articles & Databases.
3. Select the letter N to access Newspaper Source Plus or select the letter A to access Academic Search Premier.
