Follow these steps to send an email with an attached document to your instructor:

  1. Don't forget to save your assignment, if necessary, to the computer (temporary if on a TCC computer) or to a flash drive.
  2. Access your TCC email account from the MyTCC link on the top of TCC's homepage.
  3. Create a new email, add your instructor's email address or search for their name within the directory in the "To" field (suggestions will populate in a dropdown). To be sure you have the right person, you can click on their name after selecting an account in the "To" field to see their title. 
  4. Look for the attachment link or a paper clip symbol.
  5. Click on browse the computer to find your saved document.
  6. After you see the file name attached, fill in the subject line and type a message to give context for what you are sending them. Then, click send.
