As of January 2026, none of the TCC Libraries currently have a spiral hole punch. But the TCC Library locations are constantly updating their supplies and services, so you might contact the specific location you are intending to go to to see if they have purchased one since this answer was updated!

Faculty and staff might have access to one through another office as well, such as the ACO offices. 

The TCC Libraries only have three-hole punches.
