Three Ways to Access the Young Children Journal:
-
Use the Online Journal Title Finder
(You can use the link above, or follow the steps below to find it manually.)
-
Go to the library homepage
-
Click on Articles and Databases
-
On the right side of the screen, look for the box labeled Online Journal Title Finder
-
In the search bar, type Young Children and click the Search button
On the results page choose Young Children on the left side of the page (where it's highlighted in Yellow). Then, the right hand side of the page will appear, click Young Children (that's circled in red).
Note: You’ll also see a section called Coverage, which shows which issues are available to TCC users. We have access to issues from 1964 to 2001. In 2002, the publication changed its name to YC: Young Children, and we have coverage from 2002 up to one year prior to the most recent issue.
Once you click on "Young Children" (circled in red), you'll be directed to JSTOR where you can search through the journal.
2. Access Young Children via Discovery catalog
-
Go to the library homepage
-
Search Young Children in the search bar
-
Once the results page loads, click on Access Journal
3. The West Campus Library receives the journal in print form. This link shows which issues are available. Library patrons cannot check these journals out but are able to view, read, and make copies in the library.
