There are certain privacy settings that can prevent your device from connecting to Tulsa Community College's Wi-Fi network, TCC-WiFi. They may need to be disabled for the TCC-WiFi network in order for your device to successfully connect.

These settings can usually found in the settings for an individual Wi-Fi network, like TCC-WiFi.

You may need to disable settings for connecting to TCC-WiFi with names like:

  • Private Addressing
  • Private Wi-Fi Address
  • Randomized MAC
  • Random hardware addresses

If you need help connecting your device to TCC-WiFi, you can bring your device to any campus library, or you can schedule an appointment with one of our Computer Support Specialists.
