You can request the item again. Just go to My Library Account on the TCC library homepage (see screenshot below). Please note that TCC Library staff do not have the ability to place this new request for you, as it has to be tied to your personal account. Only an ILL librarian with the Access Services Office can place the request for you beyond this process.
Find the ILL item you would like again, then select the "Request Again"
This will place a new request for the material that you requested previously, under a new number.
Please note: your original ILL remains due by its due date, even if waiting on the other copy to arrive.
