If needing directions to a mailroom at a specific campus, please call the circulation desk at that campus.

Mail Services Transition to FedEx

Effective February 21, 2023 FedEx will take over all mail operations. As part of this transition, mailrooms will now be closed and locked.  They will be accessible with an ID Badge, if access has been requested.

You may notice that mailrooms have been rearranged and that mailboxes have been replaced with blue bins.  The process for picking up flat or interoffice mail remains the same.

Package lockers have been installed at each campus. The package lockers are operated by Luxer One. An email containing a QR code will come from support@luxerone.com notifying you that a package is available. The email can be forwarded to another employee so that they may pick up the package for you. Packages will remain in the lockers for 5 days, after which point they will be moved to the mailroom.

If the lockers are full or a package is oversized, it will be placed in the mailroom for pick up. You will receive an email from FedEx notifying you that a package is available.

If you are expecting a time or temperature sensitive item, please email purchasing@tulsacc.edu to notify us and we can inform FedEx.

If you have questions or concerns, please contact purchasing@tulsacc.edu.
