Class Schedule:

  • Log in to MyTCC and go to the My Account tab.
  • Go to the Enrollment & Registration Tools Box and click on View Schedule.
  • Click on Select Term and choose the semester you are applying for.
  • Then click on the printer icon and it will bring up a print formatted version of your schedule.
  • Take a screenshot or save the page as a pdf. Make sure the image includes both your name or T-number and the semester you are applying for.
  • Make a note of where you saved the file so that when you're filling out your application you'll know where to find it.
  • In the class schedule upload section either drag and drop your screenshot over the blue cloud, or click on the blue cloud and navigate to the folder that contains your screenshot file. Click on it and then click open to upload the file.

Transcript:

  • Log into MyTCC and got to the My Account tab.
  • The fifth box down on the left side of the page is the Academic Profile box.
  • At the bottom of that box is a link that says Transcript.
  • Click on that and choose Transcript Level: All Levels and Transcript Type: Unofficial Transcript Credit, then click Submit.
  • Once on the Unofficial Transcript page save the page as a pdf. (Depending on how long your transcript is, a screenshot may not capture all of it.) Make sure the image includes your name or T-number, and your total institution GPA from the Transcript Totals section of your TCC transcript.
  • Make a note of where you saved the file so that when you're filling out your application you'll know where to find it.
  • In the transcript upload section either drag and drop your screenshot over the blue cloud, or click on the blue cloud and navigate to the folder that contains your screenshot file. Click on it and then click open to upload the file.

Financial Aid Award:

  • Log in to MyTCC and then the Student Home tab.
  • In the Quicklinks box, click on Financial Aid, then on the page that comes up click on 2020-2021 Financial Aid and Scholarships Dashboard.
  • You will then click on the Award Overview tab at the top.
  • Once on the Award Overview tab take a screenshot or save the page as a pdf. Make sure the image includes both your name or T-number and the semester you are applying for.
  • Make a note of where you saved the file so that when you're filling out your application you'll know where to find it.
  • In the Financial Aid award upload section either drag and drop your screenshot over the blue cloud, or click on the blue cloud and navigate to the folder that contains your screenshot file. Click on it and then click open to upload the file.
