The AT&T Radiant Core hotspot is an Android 9 Pie (Go edition) phone with hotspot capability. TCC does the initial set up of the Android phone prior to issuing it to the borrower. To use as a hotspot, make sure the phone is charged; turn on using small lower button on the right edge of phone; swipe down on the screen from the very top of the screen to see icon display; swipe left to right within icons to reach the "hotspot" icon. Tap this icon once to turn on. On is indicated by icon turning solid blue color. Be sure to turn off the hotspot icon by tapping it again when you are finished with your online session.
