    Once the records have been inventoried, they will be sent to the warehouse at the Northeast Campus for storage.  Depending on the retention guidelines provided by the State of Oklahoma, the records may be stored until their retention time expires, or they may sent to the shredding company for destruction.

    In regards to destruction of records, the College contracts with a company called Show, Inc. This company retrieves the records from the warehouse and takes them to their facilities for destruction.
