- On the library website, search for "Weekly hotspot" in the Discovery Search bar. Click on the hyperlinked title of "Hotspot : TCC Weekly" to expand information.
- In the Search Tools on the left side of the screen, you can also limit format to object to find the above result. You might have to click show more.
- The blue Place A Hold button, under Check Availability, will allow you to put that device on hold, for pick up at a campus of your choice. This will place you in the queue for the next available hotspot.
- You will be notified through your TCC email when the device is ready for pick-up. The device will be held for one week before the hold expires.
Once you have placed a hold for the item, you can check its status under your library account. Learn how to do that here. Once there, navigate to the middle tab that says "Holds" and your requests should appear there. To cancel a requested item, see this link.
