Issues and Controversies (from Facts on File) is a great database to use when you're looking for information to support both sides of an issue.The information provided there is organized into essay-style pro/con articles; it will sometimes offer links to other related sources, but not usually.

Opposing Viewpoints in Context is a better source when you want to get the arguments for and against an issue, but you also want to look at other types of sources that relate in some way to the issue.
