What can I or others do with a CC license that includes an ND element?
Is it advisable that I use a Creative Commons license with an ND element or reuse work with an ND element?

One thing to note about a "NoDerivatives" aspect to a CC license is that it still grants reproduction rights which is different than how we typically think of derivative rights under copyright.
