Where does the On-Time Enrollment exception form go, and who takes it?
This form is electronic, in Processmaker. It will be initiated in Academic Advising and then sent to the appropriate faculty department chair and Dean for approval. The Chair or Dean will approve or deny the exception. An email will be automatically sent to the student letting him/her know if approved or denied. A comment will also be placed on the student’s Banner record. The student will not carry anything back and forth between offices.
