Q. I attempted to renew a book online and received a message that my patron record expired or some other error. What do I do?

If you are informed by our site that your patron record has expired, don't worry! We can edit your account so you can renew books online again. Just visit or call any campus library and supply your name and TCC ID number, and we will check on your account and do our best to get everything straightened out.
