There are several options available if you need a library book that is checked out:

  • Ask the library staff to help you find another edition or copy of the book at a different campus.
  • Place a hold on a checked-out book in the library catalog on the books webpage, so that you will be notified when it becomes available again. It will place you in a waiting list.
  • Check with the Tulsa City-County Library (public library) for a copy.
  • If the copy is deemed lost, it is possible to manually place an Interlibrary Loan request to borrow from another library. Unfortunately, we cannot ILL items we already own that are not deemed lost or missing. You might try requesting an edition of the title we do not hold, however.

The library staff are available to help you use one of these options to access materials.
