To use an ebook requires MyTCC credentials (T-number and password).

If you are not already logged in and try to access an ebook, you will be prompted. 

If you are able to log into MyTCC but continue to experience problems accessing it, here are other considerations:


1. The subscription limit on the number of simultaneous users may have been reached. Try the ebook again at a later time. For example, some vendors set a limit of 2 simultaneous users per book. This sometimes means the ebook has been "checked out."

2. Heavy server traffic may be timing out the connection - try connecting again later.

3. Vendor site may be down - reach out to us via chat, phone, or email to report an issue.
