First, if you are using a computer off-campus, you need to log into MyTCC before you click on the ebook link within the library catalog.
If you are able to log into MyTCC but continue to experience problems accessing an e-book, there are other considerations:
1. The subscription limit on the number of simultaneous users may be reached. Try the e-book again at later time. For example, Safari Tech Books Online has limit of 2 users per book.
2. Heavy Internet traffic may be timing out the connection - try connecting again later.
3. Vendor site may be down - Notify the TCC Library Information Desk at any campus:
