There are other Internet browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Internet Explorer that seem to work better than Safari, which is available on many Mac computers. You might try accessing the databases through one of those other browsers; however, there could be a number of other reasons why you are experiencing difficulties accessing our databases. In some cases, the problem is with a firewall or other barrier on the user end.
