There are many reasons why you might be experiencing trouble with access to the article database or another electronic resource.
The first thing to check: Are you logged into MyTCC? It is necessary to be logged into MyTCC first or if prompted, whether you are on campus or off.
1. If you are experiencing problems with ONLY one database, please use the contact information on the Ask Us page to report your problem with a specific Library electronic resource such as an article database or e-book.
2. If you are experiencing login problems with ALL of the library databases, there might be other causes of login problems with library electronic resources. This issue generally points at a problem with MyTCC, or an Internet provider firewall (typically at a workplace) or browser settings. Please contact the Library staff via the Ask Us page to report your problem.
